Terms and Conditions

By booking a service or purchasing a product from COAD Creations, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings & Payments

  • All permanent jewellery appointments and events require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

  • Final payment is due on or before the day of the event or appointment.

  • Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, credit/debit, or cash (as applicable).

2. Travel & Setup

  • Mobile permanent jewellery services are available by appointment only and are provided at your chosen location.

  • A travel fee may apply for locations outside the standard service area.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date if rescheduled with sufficient notice.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit.

4. Service Policy

  • Permanent jewellery is welded directly onto your wrist, ankle, or other agreed-upon area. It is your responsibility to ensure you do not have any metal allergies or sensitivities prior to your appointment.

  • Chains are delicate by design. While permanent, they are not indestructible. If your chain breaks due to normal wear, re-welding may be offered at a reduced fee.

  • Guests under 16 must have a parent or guardian present and may require written consent.

5. Plush Toys

  • Each toy is handmade and may have slight variations from photos shown.

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days for resolution.

6. Liability Waiver

By participating in a welding session or purchasing any handmade item, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with wearing permanent jewellery or using handmade products. COAD Creations is not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, or loss caused by product use or misuse.

7. Additional Fees

Bookings made less than 24 hours before the desired event time are subject to a Rush Fee of $75, in addition to the regular event rate. Rush bookings are not guaranteed and are accepted based on technician availability. Full payment, including the Rush Fee, is required upon confirmation to secure the booking.
